A Gudetama-inspired yoyo designed in Autodesk Fusion360, Eggie is optimized for manufacturability and aesthetic qualities, while maintaining functionality as a yoyo. As a capstone engineering project, this culminated in the manufacturing of 100 yoyos. Click here to access the Yoyo Design Analysis Report, and here to access the fully manufactured Eggie Yoyo.
A table-top functional stirling engine designed in Solidworks, this heat engine operates by a cyclic compression and expansion of air, with heat emanating from an oil based candle. Click here to see how all 24 unique brass or aluminum parts were machined to form the whole Stirling Engine.
A 16"x16"x16" robot designed in Solidworks to complete the various competition tasks laid out on a four yard squared game board for a capstone mechanical engineering MIT class spring 2019. The sweeping mechanism included on the right rotates to push competition items onto the chassis of the robot. Click here to view the fully manufactured Competition Robot.
A four yard squared gameboard intended to be the competition area for an MIT mechanical engineering class, spring 2021. As an alum of this class, and due to the rapid transition of MIT classes into online curriculums in late 2020, I created a competition gameboard easily designable, manufacturable, shipable, and suitable for at home learning. Click here to see the Robot Competition Gameboard in action.
