Welcome to Cai App. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cai App mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using Cai App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least the minimum age required by the laws of your country or region to use Cai App. If you are under the age of majority, you may only use the Service with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep your information up to date.
Cai App provides AI-generated conversations for entertainment, creativity, storytelling, roleplay, companionship, and general informational purposes.
AI responses are generated automatically and may occasionally contain inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate information. AI responses do not represent the opinions of Cai App.
You are responsible for evaluating any information provided by AI characters.
You retain ownership of the content you create, including:
Messages
Character creations
Character descriptions
AI prompts
Images you upload (if supported)
By submitting content, you grant Cai App a limited license to process, store, display, and use your content solely for operating, maintaining, and improving the Service.
Cai App allows you to create your own AI characters for your personal use.
Characters you create are private by default and are not published, shared, or made available to other users through the Service. Your custom characters are intended solely for use within your own account.
Because Cai App does not include a public character marketplace or community publishing feature, characters you create are not considered user-generated public content.
You retain ownership of the information you provide to create your characters. By creating a character, you grant Cai App a limited license to process, store, and use that information solely to provide the Service, including generating AI conversations and maintaining your characters.
While your characters remain private, you agree not to use Cai App to create or use characters that:
Violate applicable laws.
Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
Promote illegal activities.
Encourage violence, hate, or harassment.
Attempt to misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the Service.
Contain malicious code or harmful content.
Cai App reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the Service or violate these Terms.
You agree not to:
Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the Service.
Reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the Service except as permitted by law.
Upload malicious software or harmful code.
Harass, abuse, or threaten others through the Service.
Circumvent subscription or usage controls.
AI-generated responses may be fictional, incorrect, or outdated.
Cai App does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
The Service should not be relied upon for medical, legal, financial, emergency, or other professional advice.
Certain features require a paid subscription.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account Settings.
No refunds are provided except as required by applicable law or by Apple's policies.
Cai App, including its software, design, branding, graphics, and related content, is owned by its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
Your use of Cai App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
You may stop using Cai App and delete your account at any time.
Cai App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cai App and its affiliates, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, where permitted by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If material changes are made, we will update the Effective Date and may notify users through the Service.
Your continued use of Cai App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Cai App operates, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
