To generate character responses, Cai sends your chat messages to a third-party AI service provider. The data sent includes only your message content, character personality settings, and relevant conversation context. No personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or account details is included in these requests.
Messages are transmitted securely via HTTPS. The AI service provider processes your messages solely to generate responses and does not retain your data for their own purposes.
Cai may change its AI service provider at any time. The current provider can be confirmed by contacting us at the email below. Regardless of which provider is used, the same data protections described in this policy apply.
Some AI characters include enhanced memory features.
These characters may remember information you voluntarily share during conversations in order to provide a more personalized experience.
You should avoid sharing sensitive personal information in conversations.
Subscriptions and purchases are processed through Apple's App Store.
We do not receive or store your payment card information.
Apple manages all payment processing.
We use analytics services to understand how Cai App is used, improve reliability, identify crashes, and enhance the user experience.
Analytics data is generally collected in an aggregated or anonymized form whenever possible.
We do not sell your personal information.
