Method 2: Restart the Computer

• After that, choose the Restart option.

Method 3: Uninstall & Reinstall Webroot

• Head to the Windows icon, then search cmd.

• Next, right-click Command Prompt from the result and click Run as Administrator. 

• Then, the command “C:\Program Files\Webroot\WRSA.exe”-uninstall. 

• After that, Yes, in the uninstallation pop-up prompt.

• Type the reCAPTCHA correctly and click Continue.

• Go to the web browser and go to the official Webroot website.

• Type your email ID and product keycode, and click Next. 

• Select the Download Now option and wait for the file to download.

• Choose the download file option. 

• Type the product keycode again, then click Agree and Install. 

• In the User Account Control page, click Yes, and it will start connecting.
