1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Antiqa ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Antiqa is an AI-powered antique identification and valuation tool. The App uses artificial intelligence to analyze images of antiques and provide estimated identifications, historical information, and market valuations.
3. AI Disclaimer
All identifications, valuations, and historical information provided by Antiqa are AI-generated estimates and should not be treated as professional appraisals. Results may vary in accuracy. We strongly recommend consulting with a certified appraiser or antique expert before making any financial decisions based on information provided by the App.
4. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal
Antiqa offers the following auto-renewable subscription options:
• Antiqa Premium (Weekly): $7.99/week after a 3-day free trial.
• Antiqa Premium (Annual): $39.99/year. Best Seller — save over 80%.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen plan.
• Free trial: If offered, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.
• Use the App to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Antiqa and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Antiqa and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
