Welcome. I'm an assistant professor of philosophy and associate director of the Ethics Institute at Louisiana State University. I work mostly in theoretical and practical ethics.
I'm married to Chasity, and we have two boys, Anthony (10) and Jackie (8). We live in the Laville Honors House at LSU, as I am currently serving a two-year term as Faculty-in-Residence.

I will give an invited talk at the Southern Workshop on the Ethics of Emerging Technologies (SWEET), which will take place April 2-3, 2026, at the Jean Beer Blumenfeld Center for Ethics at Georgia State University. Title TBA.
The LSU Cecil L. Eubanks Ethics Bowl Team will compete in the 30th APPE Intercollegiate Ethics Bowl National Championship in St. Louis on March 7-8, 2026. See more here.
