About Me

Hello! My name is Anthony Sivillo and I am from Lititz, PA. I am a High Point University Sport Management Graduate pursuing a Master's Degree in Communication and Business Leadership. I am looking for employment within the sports industry. I also have some experience with social media marketing and analytics.

In the past, I have done 2 internships. Both were with minor league baseball teams. My first internship was during the the summer of 2023 with the Lancaster Barnstormers. They are a local Atlantic league team in Lancaster, PA which is my hometown. This was a game day internship where I learned about the daily routine of a minor league organization on a typical home game day. My duties ranged anywhere from working as game day staff, to working behind the scenes in the office.

My second internship was with another Atlantic League team called the High Point Rockers. I worked with them during the fall of 2023 doing promotions and community relations. My duties included working events, researching ideas for promotions, and giving insight on how to update the website and social media.

Hobbies and Interests:

Growing up I was very interested in watching and playing sports. I was constantly trying to be active outside of school whether it was baseball, swimming, working out, etc. Once I got to college, I knew my athletic career was pretty much over except for maybe occasionally playing club or intramural sports. I am still very interested in sports, but focus more on the business side of them. Sport Management has given me a way to stay interested in sports while thinking about my future career. 

I also enjoy traveling with family and friends. Learning about different cultures is something that is very interesting to me. I have also been lucky enough to visit and tour many different sport arena's and stadiums throughout the country and world.

Previous Jobs:

I have also worked numerous jobs since the age of 16, so I know what it is like to be a hard working individual. In high school I worked doing customer service at a local ice cream shop. Once I got to college, I worked at UPS as a package handler. I also have done two sport related internships as I have mentioned above. I learned many different skills with all of these jobs.
