I am a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Savoie Mont Blanc, IREGE (Annecy, France). My thesis examines how behavioral and economic incentives can drive household energy flexibility, focusing on the interplay between energy sobriety, sustainable consumption practices, and well-being in the residential sector.
