Hi, I'm Ansh Chauhan

Welcome to my personal website.

I am Ansh Chauhan, Final year Mechanical Engineering student with a specialization in AI and Robotics at Vellore Institute of Technology (Bhopal), expected to graduate in July 2026. Alongside this, I am pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Data Science and Programming from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras through distant learning, with completion anticipated in May 2027. Here is a quick summary of my work.

Solar Power Energy Harvesting Project

• Developed skills in 3D design using Fusion 360, concept generation, and comprehensive documentation while working on a project focused on harvesting solar power from stationary cars. This experience deepened my understanding of renewable energy applications in the automotive sector.

CFD Analysis for U-Type Tubes (Project)

• Conducted a detailed Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis using Ansys Software for different fluids in U-type tubes. This project enhanced my proficiency in Ansys, 3D design, and technical documentation, contributing to a more practical understanding of fluid dynamics.

Design of an Autonomous Marine Trash Collector

• Designed a renewable energy-based autonomous robot for cleaning water bodies. This project aligns with my commitment to environmental sustainability and allows me to apply my mechanical engineering skills to real-world challenges.

ATV Building at Team Avitar Motorsports for mBAJA organized by SAEIndia

• My passion for mechanical engineering is reflected in my involvement with Team Avitar Motorsports at VIT Bhopal University, where I gained hands-on experience in building an off-roading ATV. This project provided me with practical skills in vehicle dynamics and teamwork.

Weston Robot Internship, Singapore

• Completed an on-site internship at Weston Robot, a robotic solutions company in Singapore. This experience exposed me to cutting-edge robotic technologies and further developed my skills in robotics and automation.

AI Course at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore

• Attended a one-week course on Artificial Intelligence at Nanyang Technological University in June 2024, where I earned a grade of A-merit. This course expanded my knowledge of AI applications and their intersection with mechanical engineering.

Co-Curricular Activities & Leadership

• Beyond academics, I actively participate in co-curricular activities, including managing events at international conferences like STAAAR 2023, representing my college on the men's volleyball team, and served as a core team member of the PR and Outreach Department in the English Literary Association at VIT Bhopal University. These experiences have honed my leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
