Recent decades have been marked by increasing economic, policy and financial uncertainties around the world. Recently, we reached an extreme degree of uncertainty when the Covid-19 pandemic hit the global economy, putting the topic of uncertainty into the spotlight. Therefore, this research project is timely to contribute to the actual policy debate about the impact of uncertainty on macroeconomic activity and employment. We plan to organize a series of public events and workshops.
