My professional path has crossed industries—advertising, art, e-commerce, telecom, print, media, and more. Across each, I’ve taken on dynamic roles in sales, marketing, branding, communication, PR, production, design, writing, and creative leadership.
From agency floors to gallery walls, from client campaigns to newsroom deadlines, I’ve led both independently and as part of teams—building ideas that not only look good, but work.
Beyond the boardroom, I’ve shaped passion projects and collaborations that stand as case studies in creativity, coordination, and real-world impact. What follows is a closer look at those stories—each one a reflection of innovation, adaptability, and results-driven craft.
No More (Campaign):
Under the "No More" campaign initiated by Drik Picture Library Limited, a prominent photography and art agency in South Asia, I orchestrated a pivotal public initiative aimed at relocating the BGMEA building from the heart of Hatirjheel. Within a mere 30 minutes, I strategically positioned a substantial billboard in front of the BGMEA building's main entrance using a wooden framework. Through engaging with passersby, I highlighted the significance of Hatirjheel Canal, elucidating its utilization and the detrimental impact posed by the building's presence within the Jheel's vicinity. Notably, esteemed photographer and activist Dr. Shahidul Alam served as the campaign's principal overseer and director. Our primary objective throughout this endeavor was to foster social consciousness and garner governmental attention towards the cause. My role in the campaign encompassed design conceptualization, production coordination, logistical arrangements, public engagement, and social media advocacy, among other responsibilities.
Global Forum on Migration and Development (GFMD) Summit:
During the GFMD Summit, I held multiple roles, starting as the Assistant Curator for Dr. Shahidul Alam's Documentary Photography Exhibition. Additionally, I took charge as the set designer and oversaw installations for the summit's live craft display show. This showcase featured traditional handicraft makers from Bangladesh coming together to exhibit and vend their diverse range of products. The set was meticulously crafted to resemble a small-scale factory, showcasing the production of Bangladeshi bronzeware, jamdani sarees, nakshi katha, as well as bamboo and cane products.
Bengal Muslin:
Over the course of four dedicated years, a comprehensive research endeavor was undertaken to revive the renowned fabric of Bangladesh, muslin. Throughout this period, I spearheaded the content preservation and reporting unit, ensuring the meticulous documentation of muslin's rich heritage. Transitioning into a leadership role, I orchestrated the international dissemination of this invaluable research by conceptualizing and designing various graphical books and reports.
During this extensive journey, I not only led the design and production team but also personally contributed as the content designer for the acclaimed publication "Muslin - Our Story." Subsequently, I assumed the responsibility of promoting muslin across social media platforms, serving as the head of the graphic material design and production department for Muslin documentary film screenings, events, and other promotional activities.

Navigating the complexities of overseeing an international event, I tackled a spectrum of responsibilities ranging from maintaining discipline and facilitating team coordination to managing operations and adhering to tight deadlines. I delved deep into tasks such as program scheduling, meticulous planning, and effective communication strategies.
My involvement extended particularly to the 8th, 9th, and 10th editions of Chobi Mela, where I undertook special duties, further enriching my experience and impact within the realm of this acclaimed event.
Different Images of Man:
Action Aid Bangladesh, a renowned NGO, orchestrated a three-month-long photography competition under the theme "Different Images of Man." The culmination of this competition was marked by a captivating photography exhibition, accompanied by a grand inaugural ceremony and an awards presentation.

In this role, my team and I were entrusted with overseeing all facets of the publishing process, including production, distribution, promotion, market research, sales, packaging, and online platform management. Additionally, we spearheaded promotional events and implemented sales strategies, including discounts, to enhance the visibility and reach of Drik Books in the market.
Drik’s Yearly Historical Photography Calendar:
Every year, Drik Picture Library Limited releases a unique and distinctive calendar that captures the essence of historical and noteworthy events from the preceding year. Each month of the calendar is dedicated to a specific theme, comprising a curated collection of photographs and accompanying stories. This concept, rare in our country, has garnered widespread acclaim, establishing the calendar as a beloved publication among diverse audiences.
Over the course of six years, I've played a senior role within the design and production team responsible for crafting this iconic calendar under the auspices of Drik Books. Working diligently, we've meticulously managed every aspect of its creation, ensuring that each edition maintains the high standards of quality and relevance that our audience expects and appreciates.

(NTRCA) Annual Report Research, Design and Production:
I was tasked by the Non-Government Teachers Registration and Certification Authority (NTRCA) with the comprehensive responsibility of researching, designing, and producing their Annual Report for the year 2020. Single-handedly, I have undertaken all aspects of this project, from content gathering and photography to book layout, design, and print production.
This endeavor has not only honed my skills in managing every facet of production but has also equipped me with the capability to independently fulfill all the requirements of a production cycle.

(BPATC) P64 Batch Farewell Reception Event:
For the Bangladesh Public Administration Training Centre's (BPATC) P64 Batch Farewell Reception Event, I was engaged as a vendor to undertake specific responsibilities. My role encompassed conceptualizing, designing, and producing unique awards, including bronze medals and eco-friendly wood crests, to honor the trainees. Additionally, I was entrusted with the conceptualization, design, and production of invitation cards, as well as branding banners for the event set.
“Save the Planet form Industry Revelation” Campaign Title Tag/Brand Logo and Chest:
In 2016, I assumed a pivotal role in crafting the title icon and crest for the "Save the Planet from Industrial Revelation" campaign initiated by the International Committee on Environmental Protection. The concept and visual representation of this emblem originated from my creative vision. The design resonated deeply with audiences, prompting further engagement, and leading to my subsequent involvement in designing and producing physical souvenirs for rectors.
UNICEF Long Term Agreement (LTA) with Drik:
After six years of dedicated service as Assistant Head of Department within Drik Picture Library Limited's marketing and strategy team, I achieved a significant milestone by securing a long-term agreement (LTA) with renowned international non-governmental organizations (INGOs). Notably, one of the most prominent achievements during my tenure was the successful negotiation of a four-year LTA with UNICEF.
During my collaboration with UNICEF, I emerged as a pivotal communication figure, overseeing a monthly production budget ranging from $10,000 to $15,000 over the span of four years. Additionally, I collaborated closely with my graphic design team, contributing to concept development for UNICEF projects. This experience enabled me to enhance my skills in illustration concept, infographic design, visual development, production coordination, and effective communication strategies.
Selected as an enlisted vendor for CARE:
Being enlisted as a vendor for CARE, a prominent international NGO, marked a significant achievement during my time at Drik. This partnership led to the acquisition of various work orders, including the production of CARE's newsletters, audiovisual projects, photography assignments, and documentary projects, among others. These collaborations not only contributed to Drik's business development but also played a crucial role in generating income for the organization.
“Hat-Hature” - is a unique and social development platform:
"Hat-Hature" stands as a distinctive and socially impactful platform that I've personally spearheaded. Through this endeavor, my expertise in conceptualization, ideation, creativity, coordination, and operational execution shines through.
In 2018, I initiated the "Hat-Hature" project with the aim of supporting rural, distressed, and underprivileged communities. By spotlighting their stories and showcasing their production-centric lifestyles on the "Hat-Hature" platform, we not only introduce their products to the global market but also facilitate commercial activities to facilitate sales.
The primary objective of this project was to directly connect producer groups with buyers and oversee all aspects of cooperation related to product sales. This approach resulted in mutual financial benefits and improvements for both sellers and international buyers. At one point, "Hat-Hature" even served as a united front against unscrupulous businessmen, aiming to curtail their exploitative practices and ensure fair trade for all involved parties.
‘Dorji Mashi’ - an online tailor order & delivery service:
In 2019, I launched 'Dorji Mashi' as a personal project, revolutionizing the traditional tailor shop experience by transforming it into an innovative online platform.
Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, when mobility was restricted for many, including those seeking essential services like clothing alterations, 'Dorji Mashi' emerged as a solution. This online tailor service facilitated customers in selecting designs, providing measurements, and receiving customized clothing—all from the comfort of their homes.
My role in this project involved conceptualizing the idea, designing the visual aesthetics, and optimizing the user experience and interface to ensure seamless navigation and satisfaction for users.
“Hattimatim” - a children education and e-commarce platform:
"Hattimatim" is a multifaceted platform catering to children's education and e-commerce needs. Initially, it was conceived as an e-commerce hub offering a wide range of products catering to pregnant mothers and children up to 15 years old.
In addition to serving as an online marketplace, "Hattimatim" also serves a crucial role in social development by providing resources related to child health, nutrition, medical advice, brain development, social etiquette, early education, educational games and toys, combating device addiction, instilling religious values, and offering childcare strategies and educational animations.
This platform was instrumental in providing support to working parents, facilitating their children's growth and development with ease and convenience.
‘Mofijer Khet’ – is rural area based organic farm:
'Mofijer Khet' is an organic farm situated in rural areas, primarily focusing on sustainable agricultural practices. Located in the northern regions of Bangladesh, this initiative involves approximately 20 households in a village who cultivate small quantities of vegetables and crops using traditional agricultural techniques in their yards and abandoned plots nearby. These crops predominantly fulfill the families' dietary needs, alongside the production of vegetables, ducks, chickens, cows, goats, and pond fish on a small scale.
Remarkably, the majority of these agricultural products are cultivated without the use of pesticides, ensuring their organic quality and health benefits. Our research indicates that many families often have surplus crops after meeting their own needs.
'Mofijer Khet' addresses this surplus by designating one family in the village as the central authority for collecting excess produce from the other 20 families on a daily basis. These collected agricultural products are then transported to the capital city, Dhaka, in specialized refrigerated vans and stored at the 'Mofijer Khet' headquarters.
Operating as a virtual platform, 'Mofijer Khet' serves over 3,000 customers who regularly order these organic agricultural products. Through a convenient cash-on-delivery system, ordered products are delivered to customers' doorsteps within 72 hours, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
The primary objective of this project is to enhance the economic well-being of rural farming families while addressing the demand for healthy organic products in densely populated cities like Dhaka. I have been involved in every aspect of this project, from its conception and design to its promotion, sales, marketing, and communication strategies.
‘Urban Organic’ – a productive initiative on the roof top:
'Urban Organic' is an innovative rooftop farming initiative that emerged following the success of the 'Mofijer Khet' project. Operating in the densely populated capital city of Dhaka, this endeavor focuses on utilizing rooftop spaces for productive gardening activities.
The concept of 'Urban Organic' revolves around engaging households residing in multi-storied buildings across Dhaka to cultivate gardens on their rooftops. Many families have embraced advanced agricultural techniques to cultivate vegetable gardens on their rooftops, resulting in a surplus of produce beyond their personal consumption needs.
Recognizing this surplus, rooftop garden owners reach out to 'Urban Organic' representatives to sell their excess produce. 'Urban Organic' facilitates the collection of these vegetables and crops, compensating the garden owners accordingly. Subsequently, the harvested produce is uploaded onto the 'Urban Organic' website for sale. Given the high demand for fresh vegetables in Dhaka, customers readily purchase these organically grown vegetables, thus supporting local urban agriculture initiatives.
‘Shop in Shop’ – a B2B online affiliated unique area-based e-commerce platform:
'Shop in Shop' is an innovative B2B online affiliated e-commerce platform currently undergoing market research in its pilot phase. The brainchild of my conceptualization, this project aims to revolutionize the shopping experience by transforming renowned local grocery stores into virtual platforms offering online services to their customers.
Oftentimes, customers find themselves in urgent need of a product during busy schedules or cooking sessions, yet are unable to leave their homes to purchase it. 'Shop in Shop' addresses this inconvenience by creating a specific virtual sales channel for each partnering grocery store within a 1-kilometer radius. Customers residing within this radius can order essential products online through the store's online channel, with home delivery guaranteed within 30 minutes for a nominal delivery fee of Tk 10.
To place an order, customers simply scan the QR code displayed on the shopkeeper's signboard and download the application from Playstore or Appstore, ensuring their location service is enabled. Upon receiving the order, both the central e-commerce platform and the local grocer are notified simultaneously. The parent company retains a minimal sales commission (2%-5%), while 50% of the delivery person's salary is covered by the parent company, with the remaining 50% subsidized by the local grocer.
Furthermore, the parent company supplies certain products from their warehouse to the grocery store at predetermined prices to sustain business operations. At the end of each month, the grocery store owner reimburses the parent company for the supplied products.
