Head of Department: Department of Statistics, University of Allahabad (Feb 2008 – Sept 2013; Nov 2015 – Nov 2017).

 National Curriculum Development: Chairman of the Expert Committee formed by UGC to frame the 2026 Statistics syllabus for the UGC-CSITR NET examination.

Institutional Governance (University of Allahabad):
- Co-coordinator, Institute for Interdisciplinary Studies.
- Member of the Academic Council, Faculty Boards (Science, Commerce, Arts), and various Boards of Studies.

External Academic Boards: Member of the Board of Studies in Mathematics and Statistics at DDU Gorakhpur University, UPRTOU, Prayagraj, and the Central University of Bihar.

Teaching & Curriculum Development

Postgraduate & Undergraduate Instruction:

Taught Data Mining, Time Series Analysis, Econometrics, Regression Analysis, Statistical Inference, and Stochastic Processes.

Served as visiting faculty for the Departments of Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, and MBA at AU, and IIIT Allahabad.

Spearheaded the introduction of Econometrics, Time Series, and Data Mining into the PG curriculum.
