Thanks to the warm support of our customers, Anokoro celebrated its first anniversary this August.
We are truly grateful for your continued patronage.
To mark this occasion, we are making a few changes from August:

New: Ever Boy Concert Vol. 1 @ ANOKORO
The folk duo Ever Boy, based in Ōtawara, celebrated their 30th anniversary last year and released the CD "Kimi ni Aitakute". Now, Ever Boy is collaborating with our café, Anokoro, to hold a live concert!
They will perform folk songs from the late Showa era (1965–1975) along with their original songs. We look forward to seeing you there!

Additionally, we will hold in-store rehearsals before the main event. Once the schedule is confirmed, we will announce it on Anokoro’s Instagram.

New: English Version of the "Anokoro" Homepage Released
Since the opening of Anokoro in August 2024, we have been managing our homepage alongside our Instagram account(anokoro19601961hira). We are excited to announce the release of an English version of the homepage, created to better serve our English-speaking customers. Please feel free to explore it!
Please note that the English version primarily translates the Japanese text into English, while charts, diagrams, and videos remain in Japanese. We appreciate your understanding.
Currently, we are not planning to provide an English version of our Instagram account.

New: We've Created a Video about Anokoro
Since opening "Anokoro" in August 2024, we've been sharing the charm of Showa retro through our café menu and curated displays. Starting in October, we expanded our services to include selling the items on display and buying nostalgic treasures from our customers.
Now, we've captured the essence of Anokoro in a video.
We hope this video gives you a glimpse into the unique world of Anokoro and its nostalgic atmosphere.

Thank you for your continued support of Anokoro. Currently, we are offering nostalgic Showa-era café menu items, but in response to many customer requests, we will begin selling our displayed items and accepting purchases of customers' items (including Showa-era books) starting from mid-October.
