With all classes please bring a bottle of water and wear appropriate clothing.

Snow/Ice Policy:
If weather conditions prevent safe travel then the Live Class will be delivered on the private Facebook Group - AHF Snow/Ice Online Classes. If you are not on Facebook then please request for a recording link.
Notifications will be sent via SMS, displayed on the Home Page and on Annette H Fitness Page.
Have your login details but don't have the app? Use this button to book your next class. All classes show for booking 14 days prior but note that you will not be able to book 15 minutes prior to the class starting. This also applies if you wish to unsubscribe from a booked class.
Bookings are done via BookyWay. Please use the link button to redirect you to this.
PAYG can pay at the door. Choose your monthly package payment in cash or BACS.
There are various of options available as follows:

With the monthly options there are concession prices
Can't make the in-person classes then there is the option of a recorded package for £12.50 per month. Payment needs to be made before the 1st of the month

This is a non-stop 30 minutes cardio, combining boxing, pilates and dance

If you dance in the kitchen then you will like this class. It mixes cardio and toning every track. Sing along to classics and forget that you are working out.
Stay an extra 15 minutes after Groove-It Fit for the burn of legs, bums and tums.

This class has moves inspired from Yoga, Pilates and Barre. Strengthen your flexibility and balance to popular music
Step into a high-energy workout with 45 minutes of Step Fitness, where you'll climb, tap, and groove your way through dynamic routines set to upbeat music. This cardio-focused class improves endurance, coordination, and leg strength, making it a fun and effective way to stay fit.
Please bring a step or do the class without. Due to the lack of storage and transport issues I cannot supply them.
