Quadratic Donaldson-Thomas invariants: computations and a conjecture (November 25 2025, Algebraic Geometry Seminar, Universiteit Utrecht).
The quadratic Euler characteristic of a smooth projective complete intersection (October 7 2021, PhD Days, Universität Duisburg-Essen). This was the very first talk I gave about my own work. The PhD Days are a recurring event in Essen where PhD students give short talks about their research in front of other PhD students and master students, so that PhD students can learn what others are working on and master students get an impression of what a PhD can be like.

A motivic Prime Number Theorem (September 2 2022, Women in Numbers Europe 4, Utrecht University). I participated in the Women In Numbers Europe 4 conference at Utrecht University in the summer of 2022, where I started working on a wonderful project together with Margaret Bilu, Victoria Cantoral-Farfán, Yu Kuang and Jungwon Lee. In this ten minute talk I presented our results to the other project groups after a great week of work.

Just intersect but don’t feel too crossed (November 24 2022, Non-professor meeting of the GRK Seminar, Bergische Universität Wuppertal). This seminar has an experimental format and speakers are encouraged to try out new methods of giving a talk. My take on it: try to not only present my result, but also tell the story.
