I am a Postdoctoral researcher at the University of Potsdam, Chair of Empirical Economics. I am also a Research Associate at the Berlin School of Economics and a Senior Research Fellow at the Center for Economic Policy Analysis.

My research interests cover Labor Economics, Regional Economics, Economic History, and Development Economics.

In my research, I combine applied microeconometric methods with macroeconomic frameworks to inform policymakers how structural change shapes labor markets and long-run development. 

I also do policy work on climate adaptation and international climate finance.
