I am a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Potsdam, Chair of Empirical Economics, as well as Coordinator of the Center for Economic Policy Analysis and Research Associate at the Berlin School of Economics.

My research interests cover Labor Economics, Regional Economics, Economic History, and Development Economics.

In my research, I combine applied microeconometric methods with macroeconomic frameworks to inform policymakers how structural change shapes labor markets and long-run development. 

I also do policy work on climate adaptation and international climate finance.
