I worked with the Talent Strategy Director to put together a capability model with the agreed upon characteristics. I was asked to make it look "neat." I curated content/tools from our available resources (Percipio, Harvard ManageMentor, etc.) for each capability for Executive Assistants' to be able to self-develop.
When one of the capabilities is selected, the page opens with the description of the capability shown again, and now includes learning resources and tools they can review/use for further development.
The resources/tools are pulled from our Percipio/Harvard ManageMentor (HMM) sites.
