Meet Ann Gorham, affectionately known as Annie, an esteemed veteran of Elevance Health's robust ecosystem for over twelve remarkable years, working to improve lives and communities and simplify healthcare. She has been the driving force behind the organization's Leadership Development as a Senior Learning Consultant. Additionally, her expertise as a Senior Learning Experience Designer continues to shape the Clinical Learning & Development team. Annie's journey to Elevance Health is rooted in a customer experience technology and services company, where she was a Learning Project Manager.

Annie blends rich experience with a relentless drive, amassing many years of acclaim in elevating the craft of learning design and application, particularly within clinical and global business environments. With a strategic approach, she has engineered effective learning solutions that incorporate the essence of both fields. Her relentless dedication and guidance have championed her team to apex, clinching the illustrious Force to Reckon With award in 2022.

An alumni of the distinguished Southern New Hampshire University, Annie holds a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, with a special focus on Communications. This academic endeavor has served as a foundation stone for her exciting career progression.

Beyond the professional sphere, Annie thrives in the beautiful landscapes of Colorado with her husband of 24 years. Their vibrant family portrait includes their brilliant daughter Adriane, the lively duo of dogs, Cooper and Milo, and feline friends, Jax and Ollie. As a doting mother, she is bracing for an exciting milestone as Adriane readies for her junior year at Grand Canyon University in Arizona in the Fall of 2025.
