I strongly encourage you to do your best to turn in assignments by the best by date. This helps me and the grader ensure that you receive feedback in a timely fashion, and that you don't get bogged down in multiple assignments to complete at once. However, I know that life can get in the way. You may have a 24 hour extension on any homework assignment you like, without having to notify me.
If you believe you need a more significant extension, please fill out this request form by the day before the "best by" date.
Remember too that missing one or two homework assignments over the course of the semester does not have any direct impact on your grade, though eventually doing those problems is very important for your understanding of the material and progress through topic assessments.
