Bright is an international student from Zambia. After completing his Bachelor’s in Electrical Mechanical Engineering from the Copperbelt University in Zambia, he worked as an Assistant Mechanical Engineer under Maamba Thermal Power Plant, a subsidiary of Nava Bharat Energy, for two years. He later advanced his studies in Moscow, Russia, in Advanced Metallic Materials and engineering at the National University of Science and Technology NUST, MISiS. After about two years of lecturing in his country, he joined us as a PhD student, venturing into fatigue properties of novel steels. Besides academia, Bright enjoys adventure walks, listening to music and learning about other cultures.
