Abhinav was born in Bhilai (Chhattisgarh) and brought up in Mumbai. He did his schooling in Mumbai, following which he went to IIT Kharagpur in 2016 and pursued a Dual degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering. Abhinav graduated from IIT Kharagpur in 2021. Thereafter, he had a brief stint in Analytics at Axis Bank. Since September 2022, Abhinav worked as a project assistant in our lab till July 2023. Thereafter, he is continuing as a Ph.D. student in our group. He hopes to pursue his interest further and improve his capabilities in research in the Materials Engineering domain. His favorite hobby is reading, especially non-fiction books. He is also a food enthusiast and likes to go hiking every once in a while.
