Christmas Arrangement &
Setting up the drop-off location
We chose the square in front of the school store as our base for collecting the canned food. As the canned food drive was close to Christmas, our venue decoration was Christmas themed. The arrangement aroused the attention of all teachers and students.
Poster Campaign
In order for donors to clearly communicate the regulations and details of donating materials, we produced five posters. Information on each poster included collection time, acceptable conditions of the canned food and collection location. Then we put up posters around campus.
For the radio commercials, we were divided into four groups, each of which we spent a lot of time writing, recording and editing the radio play.
From Dec. 19 to 23, to keep reminding all donors on campus, each group needed to be responsible for the broadcast of the day. We would like to give special thanks to the directors who assisted us in every way. Special thanks to the principal for his willingness to assist us in broadcasting our thanks to all the donors on the last day.
