I am a mathematics postdoc at the University of Manchester working in the group of Adam Stevens . My research revolves around algebraic topology and spans all the way from theoretical to applied. In particular I am fascinated by (co)homology theories both in their theoretical framwork and their application medicine and life sciences, as well as any other mathematical tools needed for their use.
For PhD I was at the University of Manchester as well, under supervision of Peter Symonds, with thesis titled "On the modular cohomology of a Sylow p-subgroup of SL_2(Z/p^nZ)". I also hold an MA in maths from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland, and an M.Sc in maths from the University of Goettingen, Germany.
I am running a mathematics account on Instagram.
Here is my CV .
Women in (Co)Homology (Conference Booklet)
A conference to celebrate the legacy of Emmy Noether who, 100 years ago in 1925, made the groundbreaking observation that gives us homology as we know it today. On the 2.-3. April at Loughborough University we featured women researchers in various areas whose work uses homological methods. Jointly organised with Baylee Schutte.
