Quantitative Aptitude & Logical Reasoning

The training program on “Quantitative Aptitude & Logical Reasoning” is a part of a comprehensive approach to train students for the competitive examinations like GATE, GRE, CAT or other similar exams & also for the campus & off campus placement aptitude round. Such approach has been approved by the HOD, Department of Mechanical Engineering & Principal,MSIT. It was a completely online course arranged and coordinated by the Department of Mechanical Engineering, MSIT .

Objective: Quantitative Aptitude & Logical Reasoning is a common section in all competitive exams like GATE, GRE, MBA entrance examinations like CAT & others, and placement papers of softwares as well as core companies. Therefore it is very important to clear the cut off of this section. Time allotted is very less and a lot of problems are asked to solve in this section. Therefore a skill of solving the problems using tricks and shortcut techniques are required to be adapted.This is definitely increasing the employability of the Mechanical Engineering students.

Outcome: Students will be able to solve problems on quantitative aptitude using shortcut techniques at much lesser time than conventional techniques. Students will also be able to tackle the problems of Logical Reasoning in the smartest way.

1. Cubes & Dice(LR)

2. Syllogisms & Venn Diagram (LR)

3. Arrangement Problems(LR)

4. Number Series(LR)

5. Calendar(LR)

6. Puzzles(LR)
