Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms govern the subscriptions, free trials, virtual credits, and related purchases offered through Animo: Photo to Video AI (the "Service").
By subscribing, commencing a free trial, or purchasing a credit pack, you agree to these Subscription Terms together with our Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict concerning subscriptions or credits, these Subscription Terms shall prevail over the general Terms of Service. The handling of personal data is addressed in our Privacy Policy.
1. Benefits, Trials, and Billing
1.1 What a Subscription Includes
Depending on the plan presented to you at the point of purchase, an active subscription may confer:
- Ad-free use — freedom from in-app advertising served by us for the duration of the active subscription;
- Weekly credits — virtual credits added to your balance on a weekly basis while the subscription remains active, which do not expire.
The applicable credit amounts, prices, and plan names are displayed within the app and on Google Play at the time of purchase.
1.2 Free Trials
Certain plans may be offered with a free trial. Unless you cancel at least twenty-four (24) hours before the trial period ends, the trial will convert into a paid subscription at the displayed price, and Google Play may charge your selected payment method.
Trial availability may differ by region, account, or promotion, and may change over time.
1.3 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (weekly, monthly, annually, or as otherwise displayed) until cancelled prior to renewal.
1.4 Cancellation
You may manage or cancel your subscription through Google Play → Subscriptions. Please note that:
- cancellation halts all future charges;
- benefits continue until the end of the current paid period;
- deleting the application does not cancel your subscription.
1.5 Payment
Google Play processes all subscription and in-app purchases. We do not store your payment-card details.
2. Virtual Credits
Animo uses credits as the means of accessing certain AI video features.
2.1 Subscription Credits
While your subscription remains active, Subscription Credits are added to your balance on a weekly basis, irrespective of whether your plan is billed weekly, monthly, or annually. In particular:
- Subscription Credits do not expire and remain in your balance until used;
- unused Subscription Credits roll over and accumulate alongside subsequent weekly grants;
- the quantity of credits granted each week is determined by your active plan.
2.2 Add-On Credits (One-Time Purchases)
Credit packs purchased separately:
- remain available until used, unless stated otherwise at the point of purchase;
- are independent of the subscription billing cycle.
2.3 Use of Credits
- Subscription Credits and Add-On Credits are held in a single balance, with no prescribed order of consumption;
- credits are deducted as and when you use an eligible feature;
- credits carry no monetary value, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable, except where required by law or by Google Play policy.
2.4 Effect of Subscription Ending
Upon lapse or cancellation of a subscription:
- no further weekly Subscription Credits will be issued;
- Subscription Credits already held in your balance do not expire and remain available until used, unless your access is terminated for cause under these Terms (see Section 9);
- purchased Add-On Credits remain available until used or until they expire under their own terms.
We may adjust credit pricing, weekly allocations, or feature costs, with prior notice where required.
3. Changes to Pricing
We may revise prices or amend plan benefits. Where required, notice will be provided through Google Play or the application. If you do not agree to a change, you should cancel before the new price takes effect.
4. Refunds
Refunds in respect of Google Play transactions are governed by Google Play's refund policies. We are unable to issue refunds for charges collected directly by Google Play.

5. Acceptable Use of Paid Features
You may not use subscriptions or credits to breach the law, harm others, infringe rights, commit fraud, or interfere with the Service. In the event of a violation, we may suspend paid access or forfeit unused credits.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you create, subject to any third-party rights in the source materials.
You grant Animo a limited licence to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service and enforcing these Terms. We do not use your submissions to train general AI models for other users.
You are solely responsible for the manner in which you publish or commercialise AI outputs.
7. AI Output Disclaimer
AI-generated videos may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to outputs produced for other users. Automated results do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. You should review any output before distribution or commercial use.
8. Warranties
Paid features and credits are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, any particular level of output quality, or fitness for every purpose. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including any loss or forfeiture of credits or revenue.
Our total liability in respect of subscription-related claims is limited to the amounts you paid for the relevant subscription or purchase during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, except where such liability cannot be capped under mandatory law.
10. Indemnification
The indemnification provisions set out in Section 12 of the Terms of Service apply to your use of subscriptions and credits.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate paid entitlements with immediate effect on grounds of breach, fraud, security, or legal requirement. Unused credits may be forfeited upon termination for cause, save where law or Google Play policy provides otherwise.
You may cease using paid features at any time, but must cancel through Google Play in order to prevent future subscription charges.
12. General Provisions
12.1 Governing Law
These Subscription Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
12.2 Dispute Resolution
Disputes concerning subscriptions and credits are subject to Section 14 of the Terms of Service (informal resolution, exclusive arbitration seated in Singapore, waiver of class actions, a one-year limitation period, and the award of costs to the prevailing party).
12.3 Severability
If any provision of these Subscription Terms is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
12.4 Entire Agreement
These Subscription Terms, together with the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to subscriptions and credits.
