Netflix's for us and the anime, originally named Mushikago no Cagaster, is in a world called post-apocalyptic, that is, post-apocalyptic. Towards the end of the twenty-first century, a disease that would later be called "Cagaster" devastated humanity. Those affected by this disease began to turn into huge insects, and people who did not transform into food began to eat. In a short time, two-thirds of humanity either turned into insects or died.

In the series, the story unfolded in 2125, thirty years after the appearance of the Cagasters. Young Kidou, nicknamed the Far Eastern, is an exterminator. Exterminators are the types that exterminate money bugs and are not really liked by the public. While returning from a mission of the day, he notices an insect attacked vehicle. The man in the vehicle is seriously injured and is about to die. His last words are to deliver his daughter Ilie, unconscious, to Kidou, and he dies, asking him to find his mother. Kidou takes Ilıe with him and takes the martyrs who lived there, and events begin to develop here.

Cagaster of an Insect Cage is actually a good and mysterious start by presenting the Cagasters with a different atmosphere and extraordinary threats. Unfortunately, Cagaster also comes to the head of the anime towards the fourth - fifth episodes: Slow-moving, predictable, and fast. There are many scenes to pass. Moreover, in Cagaster, this situation is experiencing the peak of protection time. I will speak clearly; Especially towards the end. I watched the anime's scene at a fast pace because it had neither charm nor mystery. Like The Walking Dead, the event came out of the zombie / cagaster threat and turned into people's struggle. Okay, it transforms, but the second can get quite boring when the presentation is quite static. There is no new incident, there is no opposite corner, and the brutal scenes where the Cagasters we watched from the promotional videos eat people do not pass a hand's finger. Yes, blood flows in abundance when appropriate, but you will be disappointed if you are more willing like me.

The only thing that caught my attention in the series was the city where most of the anime takes place. Characters under the names Ayşe, Kasım, Hadi are available in the anime.

My feelings for his CGI style drawings are a bit mixed. The background scenes are quite successful and pleasing to the eye, but it is impossible to say the same for the characters. It's okay when they're standing still, but some of their movements are too striking, especially in fast scenes. I can give an example of this when their heads play with their bodies too much. There is nothing I can call a very, very bad part of this. They are not bad, we are used to CGI now, but it cannot come close to the original drawing technique. For the music, I can say, in a word, mediocre. It is neither impressive nor alarming.

Muskego no Cagaster was a pretty disappointing anime for me. However, it performs an advantageous start with its extraordinary theme. However, it is a disaster in terms of story, and I can say that this anime is the last most mediocre anime I have seen. Therefore, watch Cagaster with good thought and make your decision accordingly.
