You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App in accordance with these terms and any rules of the app store from which you obtained the App (e.g., Google Play).
You agree not to:
Use the App in any unlawful way or for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except where applicable law expressly allows.
Interfere with or disrupt the App, servers, or networks.
Circumvent security, access controls, or usage limits.
Use automated means (e.g., bots, scrapers) to access the App in a way that imposes an unreasonable load or violates our policies.
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms.
If the App allows account creation or sign-in, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at the contact email above if you suspect unauthorized use.
If the App offers paid features or subscriptions, pricing, billing, and refunds may be governed by the app store’s terms and your payment provider. We do not control those platforms’ policies.
If you submit content to the App (e.g., photos, text, or feedback), you grant us a license to use, host, process, and display that content as needed to operate, improve, and support the App, subject to our Privacy Policy (if any). You represent that you have the rights to submit such content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.
The App, its name, branding, design, and underlying software are owned by Codeverse Team or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license in Section 3, no rights are granted to you.
The App may link to or rely on third-party services (e.g., analytics, maps, ads, APIs). Those services have their own terms and privacy practices; we are not responsible for them.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Codeverse Team and its team members will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the App.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the App or these terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for Animal tracks identifier or in-app purchases in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) zero if you have not paid us.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.
You agree to defend and indemnify Codeverse Team against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your content, or your violation of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or features at any time. We may update these Terms of Use by posting a new version on this site (or in the App) and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, except where applicable law requires additional consent.
You may stop using the App at any time. We may terminate or restrict your access if you breach these terms or if we cease offering the App. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity) will survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in your primary place of residence or the jurisdiction you select for your business, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country give you rights that cannot be waived. If you are a consumer, you may have additional rights under local law.
