Animal tracks identifier (“App”) is provided by CodeverseBD Team (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App.
Contact: dev.codeversebd@gmail.com
We use the camera so you can take photos for animal track identification.
When you request an identification, the App may send image-related data to third-party services over the internet to generate results.
The App may contact third-party services with non-identifying technical or descriptive data (for example, text derived from analysis) to enrich results, such as names, illustrations, or links.
Identification history may be stored on your device.
We do not sell your personal information.
2.1 On your device
Photos / images: Used when you choose to capture or provide an image for identification.
Device and app data: Information needed to run the App (e.g., app version). Limited technical information may be collected in connection with errors or diagnostics to keep the App working.
2.2 Third-party access
To provide core features, the App uses third-party services that may receive and process data you trigger by using the App, including:
Image or image-derived content transmitted when you request an identification.
Text or labels sent to third parties when the App looks up additional information to complement results.
Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We select and configure them to support the App’s functionality; we do not control their infrastructure. You should review their policies if you want detail on how they handle data.
2.3 Stored locally
The App may save identification history (for example, references to images, timestamps, and result details) in app-private storage on your device. It remains on the device unless you delete it in the App, uninstall the App, or your device backup copies app data.
2.4 What we do not intentionally collect
We do not require an account for the core features described here.
We do not use this policy to collect precise location from you unless we add such a feature later, in which case we will update this policy and ask for permission where required.
To provide identification and related features.
To enrich results using third-party data sources.
To keep history on your device when you use that feature.
To maintain and improve the App and fix problems.
If laws such as the GDPR apply, we may rely on:
Steps at your request / performance: providing features you activate.
Legitimate interests: operating and securing the App and improving quality, balanced against your rights.
Consent: where required (for example, camera permission, which you can change in system settings).
We share information only as needed to operate the App, including with third-party service providers that process data on our behalf or as part of the services they offer to the App.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer, as allowed by law.
If you open external websites from the App (for example in a browser or embedded view), those sites have their own policies; we do not control them.
Third-party providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where the law requires safeguards for transfers, we rely on mechanisms permitted by applicable law (for example, contractual protections offered by providers).
Third-party systems: How long data is kept depends on those providers’ practices and our settings.
Your device: Local history and related data stay until you remove them (where the App allows), you uninstall, or backup tools copy app data according to your device settings.
We use reasonable measures to protect data in transit (for example, encrypted connections where used by our APIs). No system is perfectly secure.
Depending on your region, you may have rights such as access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or complaint to a regulator.
Camera: Manage in Android settings; without it, camera-based identification may not work.
Local data: Clear history in the App if available, or uninstall.

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). Contact us if you believe we have received a child’s personal information inappropriately.
We may update this policy, and post the new version here. Where the law requires, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
