Progress tracking and analytics stored locally on your device

Form analysis and feedback (for select exercises)
Personal fitness statistics and goal tracking
You must be at least 13 years old to use Move Now
Users between 13-17 years old must have parental consent
You must have a compatible iOS device (iOS 15.0+) with a front-facing camera
You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms

Know Your Limits: Exercise within your physical capabilities and stop if you experience pain or discomfort
Proper Environment: Use the App in a safe, clear area with adequate space for movement
Device Security: Ensure your device is properly secured during workouts to prevent damage
Use the App only for its intended purpose of exercise tracking
Ensure adequate lighting and camera positioning for accurate detection
Do not attempt to manipulate or trick the detection algorithms
Report any technical issues or inaccuracies you encounter
Use the App only in private spaces where you have permission to record
Respect the privacy of others who may be visible to your camera
Understand that camera access is required for core functionality
Move Now is for fitness tracking purposes only and does not provide medical advice
The App is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition
Exercise data and form feedback are for informational purposes only

Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks of injury
Personal Responsibility: You assume full responsibility for your safety during workouts
Medical Conditions: Do not use if you have medical conditions that could be exacerbated by exercise
Stop if Necessary: Discontinue exercise immediately if you experience adverse symptoms
Exercise counting may not be 100% accurate due to lighting, positioning, or technical limitations
Form analysis is automated and may not detect all form issues
Use the App as a supplementary tool, not a replacement for proper instruction or supervision
Personal fitness tracking and exercise counting
Monitoring your own exercise progress and statistics
Setting personal fitness goals and reminders
Using the App to monitor others without their consent
Attempting to reverse engineer or modify the App's algorithms
Using the App for commercial purposes without permission
Sharing or distributing your access to the App
Using the App in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
Move Now and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by [Company Name]
The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App
The App incorporates Google's MediaPipe framework under applicable licenses
