TidalAurum, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the mobile game Pindou (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we and our service providers collect when you use the App, how it is used, and your choices regarding that information.
By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

## 1. Information We Do NOT Collect Directly
We, TidalAurum, LLC, do **not** collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) about you on our own servers. Specifically, we do not collect:
- Your name, email address, phone number, or postal address
- Your precise location
- Photos, contacts, calendar, or files on your device
- Login credentials or social-network identities
- Health, financial, or biometric data
We do not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal details to play the App.

## 2. Information Stored Locally on Your Device
The App stores game progress and preferences directly on your device using Apple's `UserDefaults` (PlayerPrefs) and, on iOS, Apple iCloud Key-Value Storage. This data includes:
- Current level and completed level count
- Booster inventory counts
- Audio, music, and vibration settings
- Whether you have purchased the "Remove Ads" in-app purchase
- First-launch flag
This data never leaves your device or your personal iCloud account. We have no access to it. If you delete the App, the data is removed from your device. iCloud-synced data is governed by [Apple's Privacy Policy](https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/).

## 3. Information Collected by Third-Party Service Providers
The App integrates the following third-party services, which may independently collect information from your device in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not control how these services use the data they collect.
### 3.1 Google AdMob (Advertising)
The App displays banner, interstitial, and rewarded video advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect:
- A non-permanent advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android)
- IP address and approximate (city-level) location
- Device information (model, OS version, language, time zone)
- Ad interaction events (impressions, clicks)

You may opt out of personalized advertising at any time:
- **iOS**: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking (disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"), or Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising → Personalized Ads
- **Android**: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization
### 3.2 Apple App Store / Google Play Billing (In-App Purchases)
If you purchase the "Remove Ads" item, the transaction is processed by Apple or Google. We receive only a transaction receipt confirming the purchase; we do not receive your payment details, name, or address. ### 3.3 Apple iCloud (Sync, iOS only)
If you are signed in to iCloud on your iOS device, your game progress is automatically synced via Apple iCloud Key-Value Storage. This sync occurs between your own devices using your own Apple ID. ## 4. How Information Is Used
The limited data described above is used to:
- Save and restore your game progress across your devices (iCloud sync)
- Process your in-app purchases (Apple/Google)
- Serve advertisements and measure their effectiveness (AdMob)
- Improve advertising relevance, where you have permitted personalized ads
We do not sell, rent, or trade any user data.

## 5. App Tracking Transparency (iOS 14.5+)
On iOS, the App may present Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before AdMob accesses your device's advertising identifier. You may decline tracking; in that case, AdMob will serve non-personalized ads. The App remains fully playable either way.

## 6. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
The App is **not directed at children under 13** (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to a third-party service used by the App, please contact us at the address below and we will work with the relevant service to address it.

## 7. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA / Other Regions)
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding personal information collected about you by our third-party providers (Google, Apple), including:
- **Right of access** — to know what data is collected
- **Right to deletion** — to request deletion
- **Right to opt out** — of personalized advertising or sale of data
- **Right to data portability**
Because we do not directly collect or hold your personal information, requests must be directed to the relevant third party (Google for AdMob, Apple for App Store / iCloud). Contact us if you need assistance identifying which provider holds the relevant data.
**California residents (CCPA)**: We do not sell personal information.
**EEA / UK residents (GDPR)**: The legal bases for third-party data processing are consent (for personalized ads) and legitimate interest (for non-personalized ads, fraud prevention, and ad measurement).

Local game data persists on your device until you delete the App. iCloud-synced data persists in your iCloud account until you remove it. Third-party data retention is governed by the respective provider's policy.
We use industry-standard practices and rely on Apple, Google, and our third-party providers to safeguard data they process. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

The App is operated from the United States. If you access the App from outside the United States, your information will be processed by our service providers (Google, Apple) in the countries where they operate, which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.
