My Passions

In my spare time I love to make delicious vegan and non-vegan baked goods. As a scientist I was learning about chemical reactions and how things can create compounds and bonds which truly made me appreciate the time I spend baking!

During my undergraduate career I was able to also be a student athlete and played softball for San Diego Mesa Community College and continued on at University of Saint Katherine. I was able to also gain coaching experience at San Diego Mesa College which was an amazing opportunity to learn from an amazing head coach. I hope in the future I could also become a softball coach at a High School or Middle School.
