চতুর্ভূজাংলোলজিহ্বাংখড়্গখর্পরধারিণীম্। শবরূপমহাদেবহৃৎসংস্থাংচদিগম্বরাম্॥ পিবন্তীংরুধিরংভীমাংকোটরাক্ষীংক্ষুধাতুরাম্। জগদ্গ্রাসেকৃতোৎসাহাংমুণ্ডমালাবিভূষণাম্॥ (অদ্ভূতরামায়ণ ২৪-৩০, ৩১)

Four-armed, She's bloodthirsty! Falchion gripped and plaything skull;

Apocalypse tamed 'neath Her feet, any earthly attire She finds dull.

She drinks gore; Her eyes sunk deep in orbits, in a queenly pose;

As if She'd gulp down Creation, and adorned She's in china rose.
