Welcome!
I am a third-year PhD candidate in Operations Management & Decision Sciences at the Department of Operations & Decision Technologies (ODT) at Kelley School of Business, Indiana University Bloomington. I am advised by Asa Palley and Rodney Parker.
My research is motivated by how algorithms are reshaping managerial decision making. Specifically, I am interested in the design of data-driven, human-centric algorithms for operational decisions, using analytical modeling and behavioral experiments.
I currently live in Bloomington (IN), and I am originally from Kolkata, India. Away from academia I recharge through chess and running, and continue to draw inspiration from the resilience and discipline of elite players and athletes.
Thank you for dropping by, and have an excellent rest of your day!
