Welcome!
I am a third-year PhD student in Operations Management & Decision Sciences at the Department of Operations & Decision Technologies (ODT) at Kelley School of Business, Indiana University Bloomington. I am advised by Asa Palley and Rodney Parker.
My research examines how algorithms and artificial intelligence (AI) are reshaping operational decision-making and the future of work. Specifically, I study the integration of human and algorithmic judgment in forecasting tasks, using analytical modeling and behavioral experiments.
I currently live in Bloomington, Indiana, and I am originally from Kolkata, India. Away from academia I recharge through chess and continue to draw inspiration from the resilience of elite players.
Thank you for dropping by, and have an excellent rest of your day!
