Capiz State University is a public research university in the Philippines. It is mandated to provide instruction and training in agriculture, fishery and forestry, science and technology, arts and humanities, education and other fields. It is also mandated to undertake research, extension services and production activities. The center of administration of the university is located in Roxas City.

Joining the SEATEACHER 2025 program was an incredible experience filled with learning and togetherness. At the beginning of this journey, I met my buddies—warm and enthusiastic people who made me feel welcome from the very first moment. Our first meeting was full of laughter and warmth, instantly making me feel accepted in this new environment.  Next, I had the opportunity to meet the Director at *Dumarao Campus*. Together with him, I toured the campus and was introduced to the facilities and the serene atmosphere of the campus. The warm welcome from the entire academic community reassured me that this would be an inspiring place throughout the program.  

Soon after, I was introduced to the Principal of one of the elementary schools where I conducted my observations. We discussed the program and planned the activities to be carried out in the classroom, including observation and teaching practice. This meeting helped me better understand the school dynamics and the necessary preparations as an educator.  Equally important was the support from the family at *Estefania*. They were loving individuals who always accompanied and encouraged me throughout the observation and teaching practice process. Their presence became a source of motivation, making me feel less alone even though I was far from home.  

This journey was full of unforgettable moments, and although there are many more stories to tell, these are just a few of the valuable memories that will always stay with me. Thank you to everyone who has accompanied and supported me throughout this experience. I hope all the knowledge and lessons I have gained can continue to be shared and carried into the future.

Participating in the SEATEACHER program at CapSU and being placed at Dumarao Campus is one of the most valuable experiences in my life. The opening ceremony was so lively and full of warmth. I was greeted with friendly smiles from all the campus staff, lecturers, and students who attended. The festive atmosphere was felt from the very beginning, adorned with beautiful decorations and traditional music that brought the event to life.

During the opening, the campus director delivered a heartfelt and meaningful speech, expressing appreciation for our arrival and sharing his hopes that the program would become a platform for learning and collaboration. I felt truly valued and accepted as part of the big family of Dumarao Campus. The sincere and festive welcome made me feel comfortable and excited to embark on this journey. Throughout the program, various activities were carried out with enthusiasm and full support from the campus. It was not only focused on academic learning but also on cultural interactions and meaningful teaching experiences. Every day felt so valuable, and I felt fortunate to meet amazing people who always gave encouragement and help without hesitation.

At the closing ceremony, a sense of emotion and happiness filled the room. The event concluded with various cultural performances, along with messages and impressions from the participants. I was also given the opportunity to share my experiences during my time at Dumarao Campus, and I did not forget to express my gratitude for all the support given.

As I conclude this journey, I feel incredibly grateful to have been received so warmly and enthusiastically at Dumarao Campus. All the memories and valuable lessons will always be carried with me wherever I go. Thank you to everyone who has played a part in this journey—you have all left an unforgettable mark on my life.

The opening ceremony at the main CapSU campus was an unforgettable moment. I was thrilled to meet so many new friends from various universities across Indonesia. They were kind, beautiful, and welcoming, and it didn’t take long for us to bond and become companions on this journey. The atmosphere was filled with excitement as we shared stories, laughter, and enthusiasm for the program ahead. Meeting these wonderful people made me feel more confident and supported throughout the SEATEACHER experience. During the opening ceremony, we were welcomed warmly by the university officials, and the event was filled with inspiring speeches and performances that showcased the rich culture and spirit of CapSU. It was truly a celebration of unity and collaboration among students from different backgrounds.  

Unfortunately, when it came to the closing ceremony, our group from UAD had to leave earlier, so we couldn’t attend the official closing event. It was bittersweet to part ways before the final celebration, but we knew that the bonds and friendships we built would last far beyond the program. Although we missed the original closing ceremony, the memories we made and the lessons we learned during our time at CapSU would always remain in our hearts.
