I enrolled in this course to sharpen my dashboard creation skills. Although I have a good foundation in data analytics using Tableau from my time at Google, I was compelled to venture into Power BI to expand my dashboard creation skills.

As my capstone project, I focused on analyzing customer inquiries at Google Fiber, aiming to understand the efficiency of agents in addressing issues during the first contact. The objective was to reduce the frequency of customers having to reach out to the service center multiple times for the same concern.
