Hi, I am Angel Rodriguez, and I am running for Pittsburg City Clerk. I believe our City deserves a City Clerk that is transparent, accessible, and prepared to meet the needs of a growing community. The City Clerk's office is more than an administrative function; it is how the public accesses their local government. Every resident should have confidence that their government is open, responsive, and accountable.
Our City needs a new generation of leadership. Fresh perspectives and new ideas are essential to keeping Pittsburg moving forward. I respect the work that has come before, but I believe it is time to build on that foundation with energy, innovation, and a commitment to greater transparency.
The data center should not have been a surprise to so many residents.
I am running to be a City Clerk who listens, communicates openly, and puts the public first. Together, we can strengthen trust in our local government by making City Hall more accessible, more responsive, and more connected to the people it serves.
