These issues left clients either looking for someone to help them unpack unresolved feelings, emotions, and thoughts, or suffering in silence.

I love the evidence-based model “Solution Focused Brief Therapy" Because the SFBT approach doesn’t focus on the problems/ symptoms that clients present with but aims to construct solutions to promote behavioral change.
