I led the design and facilitation of an inaugural virtual finals workshop, collaborating with my team to deliver programming on study strategies and seeking academic support. Strong participant feedback informed future improvements and demonstrated my ability to drive student success through strategic, data-informed planning.

As a Peer Fellow at Hunter College, I developed a comprehensive presentation on campus resources and highlighted the Peer Mentors Leadership Team’s impact on student success. I also mentored and onboarded 10 new Peer Leaders, facilitating onboarding sessions and collaborating with stakeholders to strengthen communication, mentorship, and campus engagement.

I spearheaded the design and implementation of an informational bulletin board in the Student Center (Room 417W), coordinating Peer Leaders to create content on key campus resources such as academic advising and financial aid. The finished display now serves as an accessible and valuable resource for the student community.
