Want to connect with other passionate youth, develop leadership skills for social justice, and take action to make a change – but don’t know where to start? If you said yes to any of the above: apply to become a member of South Bay Youth Changemakers for the 2026-2027 school year! 🌱✊🏽

🌟 What is SBYC? What do members do?

South Bay Youth Changemakers (SBYC) is a non-profit community organization building Asian American youth power in Santa Clara County. Our members meet throughout the school year to build community, learn about social justice issues, develop organizing skills, and take action on issues affecting the South Bay.

This fall, members will:

🗳️ Get out the vote in our communities: Learn about what’s at stake in the November election and connect with Asian American voters across the South Bay through doorknocking and phonebanking.

💻 Organize around technology in our schools: Dig deeper into how educational technology impacts students and build skills to take action through SBYC’s ongoing EdTech campaign.

🤝 Build community + leadership: Meet other young people who care about making change and grow your leadership along the way.

🌟 When/where do members meet?

 Our fall program runs from late September through early December and includes a mix of in-person and zoom meetings. See the flyer for program dates!
