This guide was given to the trainer to follow. The trainer was already experienced in all topics covered.
Training was conducted as projected screenshare for all students to see. Each student followed along real-time on their own workstation in the classroom.
Multiple hands-on exercises were given throughout the 3-day course. This is one instructor sample with answers provided.
The questions consisted of areas of typical struggle where clients would call for assistance. It was our goal that the client would no longer need to contact a trainer to figure out how to navigate the software.
This is an example of the course evaluation given to each student at the end of the training to gauge effectiveness and get feedback on potential improvements.
