Problem:
The trainers were experiencing a high volume of questions regarding this topics and did not want to keep providing re-training.
Solution:
Create a Screencast video that covers how to use the import map to be used after training as a reference.
Result:
The team went on to record multiple topics using the screencast approach which allowed the trainers to focus on other areas.

Problem:
Clients weren't connecting with some material so trainers were looking for a way to introduce topics before training began. Leadership wanted to see a sample without using the software, but instead be more conceptual.
Solution:
Create an Explainer video using animated characters.
Result:
By giving access to this video before live training, clients started to connect better with the overall questions of why they were learning about this topic.
