For EEP Thursday, I was experimenting with idle facial expressions and facial expressions in general.
For EEP Thursday, i wanted to experiment with more complex positions and hand placements.
I took inspiration from the music video 'Virtual Insanity' however it is not as polish as i had hoped due to doing this in a car during a trip to visit some family members. however i was able to complete the shading and colours in time.
For the first EEP Thursday of 2024, I chose to complete the charismas artwork we were working on just prior to charismas break.
as a joke while keeping true to the task given, I made charismas themed items/objects and smartly turned them into characters based from the show 'Breaking Bad' with a twist on the comedic characters.
for EEP Thursday, and due to the 10th being my birthday, i decided to make a outline based from a photo of myself taken the previous year. I draw this to begin practice on drawing Detailed Human faces and facial expressionsÂ
For EEP Thursday, I stopped by at Collage to 3d model out a moveable store shelve.
the details were clear, wheels used to carefully move the shelve itself while small metallic pillars supported the shelves weights all in a single model.
the model itself took 45 minutes to complete while doing EEP in Connors Classroom.
For EEP, I brought myself into collage to use a Laptop and finish off some parts of my work.
eventually I were able to add an entirely new section with effects and VFX.
For EEP Thursday, I wanted to experiment with glowing effects and lighting. for this, i began to draw several Godzilla Characters purely to experiment with how detailed i could get and experiment with natural lighting.
For this week's EEP, I Wanted to Continue with the detailed approach and continued to draw different variations of Godzilla. eventually only two were drawn this Thursday.
more specifically for the first one, I was also experimenting with eyebrows and how expressive I could make them for future drawings of mine.Â
This Thursday EEP, I chose to return to my Own character and experiment with Custom armour. I did a small portion of research to study and decide what would make for a good style of armour, eventually landing on the combination of specific armour plating and chainmail as seen in the photo on the right.
Meanwhile I also added some glowing effects for the sake of leaning further towards the Fantasy feel I was aiming for while also staying true to the Realistic armour approach.
(Note: the photo on the right is one of the inspirations, not my work. the drawing However is mine)
Today's EEP was me completing an art piece i began partially the previous day, however the majority was completed today.
today's challenge was Drawing confusing mountain terrain without focusing too much on details. The drawing itself is part of a personal passion project away from collage yet the drawing done here took a while to draw, After trial and error.
On Friday the 22nd, I took a three day trip to Belfast to begin my primary research for my FMP. although i's begin my primary research the next day, I still had the time to visit the vessel myself .
The day after I landed, I finally began my primary research and went around the Titanic museum.
The main focus of mind was visiting the SS Nomadic due to it being a key part of my FMP back at collage. I spent a good two and a half hours on the vessel gaining a lot of information about the size of the decks, material of the floor and angles of each tile.
After the day was over, I had almost a hundred photos of the nomadic itself along side many other photos of the museum next to the ship.
On the final day of our visit to Belfast, we went to the recently opened 'Dry dock' where Titanic finished construction all those years ago.
amidst the journey, we ran into the Belfast local lottery winner 'peter Lavery' (the man on the third photo) who owned the dry dock museum and the Titanic whisky company. To our surprise, we took us on a private tour around the dry dock and shared his plans for the future with his company and amazing ideas. The trip eventually came to an end and we left the great city of Belfast, took a flight back home and the journey was over.
