Prior to my graduate studies, I worked for the Harvard Graduate School of Education at the Center for Education Policy Research (CEPR). As an Analyst at CEPR, I supported the design, implementation, and impact evaluation of education policy initiatives aiming to improve educational outcomes for students in the United States. Before this, I also worked with impact evaluation of social policy and education programs in Peru with Innovations for Poverty Action, and with the MineduLAB at the Ministry of Education of Peru.Â
The primary reason I became passionate about the role of education and skill development in economic development is because I went to school from K-12th grade in both Peru and the United States. Yes, I did just go back and forth every year - and never actually had a "summer" break!
