Schedule for the conference:
Saturday:
The Extended Ward and Stake Council Leadership Session will be held on Saturday, March 7th starting at 3pm. All Stake Leaders, Bishoprics with clerks and secretaries, Ward Elders Quorum, Relief Society, Young Women, Primary, and Sunday School presidencies along with secretaries, and Ward Mission Leaders are invited to attend. This will be held at the Bee Caves chapel.
The Adult Session of conference will be held on Saturday, March 7th at 6pm for all adults and friends ages 18 and older. This session will also be held at the Bee Caves chapel.
Sunday:
A New Member Session will be held at 9am on March 8th in the Relief Society room of the Round Rock Stake Center. New members baptized since the beginning of 2025, along with their Ministering Brothers and Sisters, and Elders Quorum and Relief Society Presidents (or Bishops/YW Presidents) are invited to attend this session.
The Sunday General Session of conference begins at 10am on March 8th in the Round Rock Stake Center at 8140 Racine Trail in Round Rock Texas. This session will also be broadcast to the Bee Caves Meetinghouse.
March 23 | The March singles dinner and games will be March 23 at the Hepworth home at 6:30. We will be grilling burgers, hot dogs and sausages. I will supply the meat. Sandy, Wendy and Bonnie are supplying Strawberry Shortcake for dessert. We could use someone to bring hamburger buns, hot dog buns and side dishes like a salad or drinks. After eating we will play indoor games.
April 20 | For April we will meet on April 20. We will be discussing conference so think about what you liked or themes you notice in April conference.
Weekly | Come, Follow Me Study Group, Thursdays at 7:30 PM, 2111 Parker Ln. chapel.
Sunday Evenings | You’re invited to sing for Stake Conference on March 8, 2026! Rehearsals will be held on Sunday evenings from 5:30 – 6:30 pm – Bee Caves Building: February 8th, 15th and Racine Trail Building: February 22nd, March 1st. Attending 2 of the 4 rehearsals is required along with the warm-up (9:00-9:30am) on Sunday, March 8th prior to the start of the General Session of Stake Conference (Racine Trail Building). Youth are welcome to participate.
