We provide mobile mechanic services at your location in and around Little Rock, Arkansas. Our Services may include, but are not limited to:
Mobile mechanic diagnostics and inspections
Oil changes and basic maintenance
Air & cabin filter replacement
Auto engine diagnostics
Battery testing and replacement
Brake inspection and repair
Suspension and basic steering repair
Selected auto electrical services
All Services are performed on a mobile basis at your home, workplace, or another safe and accessible location. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue any Service if conditions are unsafe, unsuitable, or beyond the practical scope of a mobile repair.
Some repairs or procedures may require a full workshop and cannot be completed on-site. In such cases, we will inform you and may suggest alternative options, but we are not responsible for arranging towing or third-party repairs unless expressly agreed in writing.
When you schedule an appointment, you agree to:
Provide accurate contact information, vehicle details, and a correct service address
Ensure the vehicle is legally parked and accessible at the agreed time
Provide keys, wheel lock keys (if applicable), and any necessary permissions to access the vehicle
Ensure the service location is safe, reasonably level, and suitable for working on a vehicle
We may refuse or halt Services if:
The location is unsafe (e.g., high-traffic roadway, unstable surface, poor lighting, severe weather)
We determine that performing the work could put people or property at risk
In such cases, we may ask you to arrange an alternative location or reschedule.
Any verbal or written estimate we provide is based on the information available at the time and is not a final or guaranteed price. Prices may change if:
Additional problems or related issues are discovered during diagnosis or repair
Parts availability, pricing, or labor needs differ from what was reasonably anticipated
If we discover additional work is needed, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you, explain the situation, and obtain your approval before proceeding. If you decline additional recommended work, we may not be able to complete the original repair as planned.
All prices are generally quoted before tax (unless otherwise stated) and may include separate charges for:
Diagnostic time
Parts and materials
Labor
Travel or after-hours fees, where applicable
You are responsible for all agreed charges for Services we perform at your request.
Payment is due upon completion of Services unless we agree otherwise in writing. By scheduling a service, you agree to:
Pay for all approved Services, parts, and applicable taxes
Use a valid and authorized payment method
We may accept various forms of payment (such as cash, card, or electronic payments), which can vary over time. We are not responsible for any fees your bank or payment provider may charge.
If payment is not made when due, we reserve the right to:
Withhold release of invoices or records related to the Service
Pursue any legal remedies allowed under Arkansas law to collect amounts owed
Diagnostic Services are separate from repair work. When you request a diagnostic:
You are paying for our time, experience, and use of tools to identify the likely cause of a problem
A diagnostic does not guarantee a specific outcome or repair result
If repairs are recommended after a diagnostic, they will be quoted separately. You may choose to proceed with repairs or decline them. If you decline repairs, you remain responsible for the diagnostic charges.
We may use new, remanufactured, or quality aftermarket parts, depending on availability and your preferences (where practical). Any parts warranties are subject to the terms of the part manufacturer or supplier.
Our labor warranty, if any, will be described on your invoice or at the time of Service. In general:
Warranties cover only the specific parts and labor listed on the invoice
Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, neglect, or unrelated failures
If you experience an issue you believe is covered, you must contact us promptly and allow us a reasonable opportunity to inspect and correct the issue
We do not guarantee that a repair will prevent all future problems, as vehicles have many interconnected parts and systems. We are not responsible for unrelated component failures that occur before, during, or after our work.
By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that:
Your vehicle may have pre-existing damage, defects, rust, wear, or mechanical issues
Some issues can be discovered or worsened during normal diagnostic or repair procedures, especially on older or neglected vehicles
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or failures that occur due to normal, reasonable repair or diagnostic efforts.
You also authorize us to test drive your vehicle, or operate it within the service location, as reasonably necessary to diagnose issues and verify repairs. We will take reasonable care while operating your vehicle.
To the fullest extent allowed by law:
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of use, lost time, lost income, or inconvenience) arising out of or related to our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from Services we provide will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit liability where it cannot be limited under applicable Arkansas law.
You represent and warrant that:
You are the owner of the vehicle or have full authority from the owner to request and authorize Services
All information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge
You will not request or permit us to perform any illegal actions (for example, tampering with emissions controls or odometer readings)
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or damages arising from your misrepresentation of ownership, authority, or vehicle condition.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time, including pricing, availability, and service offerings.
We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our Services after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with our Services are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Arkansas. By using our Services, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
