Azlan Tahir

MOHAMED AZLAN MOHAMED TAHIR has over 40 years of experience in Business Development, Feasibility Studies, Project Monitoring and Implementation as well as Business Operations – with substantial involvement in public transportation initiatives including the development of the Touch N Go e-money system, and privatisation of the Department of Civil Aviation (“DCA”) under the Renong Group of Companies. Azlan had also for a number of years, ran his own Technology Consulting outfit, Azlan+Associates, serving clients of various sizes and industries ranging from financial institutions to government agencies. His last corporate position was Director of Technology Businesses at the UEM Group of Companies, overseeing the large and diverse conglomerate’s groupwide ICT strategies.
Adely Ariffin
Operations
ADELY ARIFFIN, has over 25 years of experience primarily in the areas of public transportation and ICT services - covering a number of different functions such as operations, information systems, and management. While heading the IT Department at Park May Berhad, he and his team had developed the country’s first online bus ticketing system. He also served as Chief Technology Officer at TIME Quantum Technology Sdn Bhd, and General Manager of Technology Businesses at the UEM Group of Companies. He also served as the Head of the Knowledge Management Division at the Land Public Transport Commission (“SPAD”).
Chew Kok Foo
Investments
CHEW KOK FOO, has over 35 years experience in the property and construction industry, and has also ventured into merchandising, events and themed development. His career began at Ernst and Whinney (now Ernst and Young) handling corporate recovery and advisory services. He subsequently worked to help Air Asia build their aircraft hangar, corporate headquarters, and training centres at KLIA. Chew was also involved in themed developments in the state of Terengganu with the Sanderson Group, and also developed and built automotive training and accreditation centres nationwide. He also has experience in collaborating with the Time Warner group for apparel and merchandising in Malaysia and Singapore.
Paul Low

PAUL LOW graduated as Bachelor of Architecture from Australia, and has worked primarily in the construction industry for nearly a decade. His experience also includes work in other sectors such as legal services, education and enterprise management. His passion is focused on assisting creatives develop business skills to ensure sustainability, of which he aspires to fulfill through a host of related programmes that he has created under his organization Plusma-Cast.

MOHD IMRAN TAHIR is a graduate of the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. He is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, with an accreditation in Internal Quality Assessment from the same institute. His last employment was with UiTM Bhd as its Group Chief Operating Officer. In addition to stints at KUB(M) Bhd, Naza Group of Companies, DRB Hicom Berhad as their Head of Internal Audit, Imran’s prior roles have also included as Head of Internal Audit at EON Berhad and Internal Auditor at Malaysian French Bank Berhad.

MOHAMED AZRIN BIN ZAINAL ARIFFIN
Has over 35 years of experience in Banking and IT, beginning with Bank of Commerce Bhd and Southern Bank and subsequently joined the local IT sector with Frontline Resources, Solsis and later the MNC in companies such as Aironet Wireless (Cisco Systems), Hewlett Packard and Diebold Nixdorf serving various clients from government agencies and enterprise industries.
Banking experience covered the areas of Human Resources, Branch Operations, Retail and Operational Banking while IT was in Sales, Business Development, Project Management and Operations support.
His last corporate position was as Sales Director at Diebold Nixdorf.

MOHAMAD ABU BAKAR has served in many different multinationals and local conglomerates in the areas of manufacturing, organization development, organization transformation and human resources functions in companies across various industries. These noteworthy organisations include DKSH Berhad, Nestle Malaysia, DRB-Hicom, Motorola Malaysia, Samsung Electron Devices, National Semiconductor, Pfizer Malaysia and Silterra Malaysia Sdn Bhd. For his contribution to the start-up of Silterra and the support to the national agenda at the time, Mohamad was awarded with the inaugural National Human Resources Award 2000.
