PROJECT-BASED
Typical & common engagement model involving milestones and deliverables as trigger points for measuring completion of very specific projects or initiatives.
PROFIT SHARE
Joint-ventures or special purpose vehicles, as and where suitable. Primarily used for our community / street-level initiatives with microbusinesses and individuals.
RETAINER
Engaged as an advisor for a specific period. Resources are made available as and when required or based on a pre-determined arragement with the client.
MIXED-MODE
A mixture of various engagement models depending and based on the complexity of initiatives undertaken, as well as the client's own strategy in execution and/or business growth.
