Code of Conduct
Andaluz.IA aims to create a safe and inclusive environment for everyone who participates in our event and do not tolerate harassment of participants in any form. This code of conduct applies to all Andaluz.IA spaces, including conferences, events, Twitter, Slack, mailing lists, both online and offline. Any person who violates this code of conduct may be sanctioned or expelled from these spaces at the discretion of the Andaluz.IA organisers.
We ask participants in Andaluz.IA spaces to:
Exercise consideration and respect in your speech and actions.
Listen as much as you speak.
Make an effort to understand and learn from people who come from different contexts.
Avoid making assumptions.
Attempt collaboration before conflict.
Presume that everyone’s ideas, skills, and contributions have value.
Prioritize input from those who have been marginalized in AI spaces.
Anti-harassment policy
