Dedication 

My dad flew this mortal coil ten years ago.  Would have loved to dedicate this book to him, but my guess is he's beyond that now.  Instead maybe I should dedicate this to my grandsons David and Sam.  Alas but they yet lack the maturity to absorb this wisdom, and my sons and son-in-law are long time adults.  So - to whom shall we dedicate this work?  How about to all the young guys who don't have dad's to talk to.  I hope this helps!
